Return Policy

Items that are not working at time of delivery, you must call us within 24 hours for a replacement.  We are not responsible for return shipping.  If the item was broken in transit, please contact the ‘shipping method’, (USPS, UPS or FedEx) for their insurance.

Some items may be shipped by a third party company to bring you the lowest cost available.  We will not offer refunds or exchange on clocks based of packaging matters. 

Please note that we charge a 20% restocking fee "plus" total shipping charges for all refused, returns, or returned deliveries from the carrier i.e. UPS & FedEx. For example: Carrier is unable to reach the intended recipient for delivery or customer refuses delivery.

• All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
• Atomicclocksstore is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
• Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
• AtomicClocksStore is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

• Place the original package into a shipping carton.
• Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.

Cancellation:
Our orders are sent out asap. We have a two-hour cancellation time before your order may be shipped.
